Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please anticipate potential delays during peak periods. Significant delays will be communicated via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout. Options may include Standard Domestic (3–7 business days), Expedited Domestic (1–3 business days), and Local NYC Delivery (1–2 business days), though delivery delays can occur.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Walcott Living Beauty is not responsible for customs, taxes, or other fees (including tariffs and costs) applied to your order; these are the customer's responsibility. Note that in New York State, shipping and handling fees are generally taxable if the items shipped are also taxable.
Damages
Walcott Living Beauty is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and retain all packaging and damaged goods.
International shipping
International shipping is available to. Costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and associated fees.
