All Sales Are Final
No Returns or Exchanges on Hair: Due to the custom, delicate, and hygienic nature of our wigs and hairpieces, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any hair products. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Policy Visibility: This policy is clearly and prominently posted at our point of sale and on our website to ensure all customers are aware of our terms before completing a purchase.
Inspection and Final Sale: We encourage you to thoroughly inspect all hair products before leaving our salon. Once the hair leaves our premises, it is considered a final sale. This ensures that every wig and hairpiece is brand-new and has never been worn by another customer.
Exceptions for Defective Products: In the unlikely event that a product is found to be defective by the manufacturer, we will work with you to find a solution. Any issues must be reported immediately upon receipt. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, brushed, styled, or altered in any way.
Cancellations:

For in-store purchases, cancellations are only possible before the transaction is completed.
